Beef and Vegetable Stew with Beige Topping
With its biscuit topping and rich flavors, this is the perfect condolement food
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon each common salt and pepper

- 3 celery stalks coarsely chopped

- ¼ cup steak sauce such as A1
- 1½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ii¼ cups packaged biscuit mix
- ⅔ cup milk

Heat oven to 325°F. In a basin, combine flour, table salt and pepper; toss with beef until coated well. In a 6-quart Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high estrus. in two batches, melt beefiness (adding one tablespoon oil to 2nd batch), turning, until browned, about 4 min.
