  • Heat oven to 325°F. In a basin, combine flour, table salt and pepper; toss with beef until coated well. In a 6-quart Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high estrus. in two batches, melt beefiness (adding one tablespoon oil to 2nd batch), turning, until browned, about 4 min.
